When you tell your parents they are worried. They tell you that not long ago, only a few hundred years ago, the entire planet was covered in the Great Deluge of water which came from the sky and also from within the earth. That flood caused the ice age but now the ice was melting, and they think that maybe the flood waters cracked apart the lands and without the ice the continent might divide. They send you to tell the king of the Delnor people about what you have seen.
