If the shape of Evynlore looks like Pangea, that is because it is the super continent of our planet.

Our planet Earth was once one land mass. All the land was submerged in water by the Great Flood just four thousand years ago. When the flood receded, the warming ushered in an ice age. When that ice melted it tore the land apart. The ice has been melting ever since the recent Ice Age. This is history… now for my fictional add one. The Delnor are a fictional people with origin roots coming from the son of Japheth and appearing on Earth after the flood. Thriving as the strongest empire on Earth by the year 2247 BC they were the original people of Evynlore. The Delnor ruled supreme until they were overshadowed in 2234 BC by the rise of Great Babylon and later the Delnor were driven north by the Egyptians in 2188 BC. Still the Delnor held rule over large amounts of lands (including current day Europe). They dwelled there for generations, a few hundred years, speaking their own Goidelic language and staying separate from the other people’s. When the ice age began to melt at a drastic rate, it threatened not only the Delnor but also their lands. Much of the Earth they occupied was splitting apart and sinking into the new and rising oceans. The Delnor asked the Maker for preservation of their land. Evynlore, a second dimension of Earth, was created to answer their plea. In Evynlore a great depth, like the grand canyon but bigger, was drawn around the land by the Maker himself to pool the oceans away from their lands. Thus with the Maker’s intervention in their dimension of our planet the continent never finished splitting apart; dinosaurs still live, and dragons rule the skies.
